Wie wist dat quinoa ook eten is???? Nou ik in ieder geval toch niet totdat een vriendin er mee kwam. "we hebben gisteren quinoa gegeten". Het is iets i.p.v. rijst ofzo maar dan van granen. Hier een foto

Ik vond het echt heel erg grappig.

Ja ik kende het al, het is erg lekker en voedzaam. Het komt uit de hooglanden van de Andes in Zuid Amerika.

Ja ik vond het echt grappig, maar ik heb nou geen idee wat de naam betekend of dat het inderdaad de graansoort is. Misschien kan iemand me uit de brand helpen

Het is inderdaad de naam van de graansoort. Je kunt het net zo eten als rijst, maar in Equador wordt het ook geroosterd met honing en gegeten als muesli. Je kunt het daar gewoon in de supermarkt krijgen. Hier kun je het wel krijgen bij biologische winkels. Als je meer wilt weten:
