Ik heb het volgende gevonden op internet:

Hooi gaat broeien, Binnen 5 à 6 weken nadat je het van het land gehaald hebt, wordt het warm, en broeit het laatste beetje vocht dat er nog in zit, uit het hooi. In deze periode mag je het ook niet voeren. Dat is trouwens bij alle voer zo, als het warm is, dus al het product "werkt", dan voer je het niet.
Na de 6 weken koelt het weer af, en is het kurk of gortdroog

Hoop dat je er wat aan hebt!
